This page summarizes how IronCloud operates. Final terms always live inside the Statement of Work we sign together.
Service scope
- IronCloud delivers bespoke hosting architectures, migration planning, and lifecycle management.
- Every engagement includes a Statement of Work (SOW) that overrides marketing material.
- Commodity shared hosting, do-it-yourself dashboards, or reseller programs are explicitly excluded.
Engagement terms
- We begin work only after mutual execution of the SOW and initial retainer invoice.
- Availability targets, response times, and compliance attestations are documented per client.
- All infrastructure remains dedicated to the client and is decommissioned upon request.
Data & privacy
- Client data remains under the client’s control. We only process what is necessary to provide hosting.
- Operational metrics may be anonymized for capacity planning but never sold or shared externally.
- Gmail SMTP credentials provided here are used solely to route form submissions to the Nugent Brothers Enterprises LTD concierge desk.
